State of Pennsylvania Pays Snitch to Get Jollies At Brothel

State Troopers in Pennsylvania paid an informant several hundred dollars to engage in sex acts with prostitutes at an Allentown massage parlor. Using government money, the rat had repeated sexual encounters at the parlor. The case was tossed out by a judge ruling outrageous behavior by police officials. County district attorney Jim Martin:
"Is it outrageous police conduct if it's done in a drug setting or if it's done in an investigation into weapons sales?" Martin said. "That's an important consideration."

He described the extra cash payments to the informant as a necessary evil and common practice.
Awesome.
