This is an update to a story we posted a few days ago concerning medical marijuana/compassionate care provider Charlie Lynch. Even though he followed State law to a T (which, as any smart American knows, doesn't mean shit), Charlie is still facing heinous charges. Daniel Lee is credited with providing professional informant services used by the police to take down Lynch. Daniel Lee is a PRO SNITCH. There isn't anything more disgusting than that. He makes his living on setting other people up for the State to devour.Another layer to this story is Lee's relation to the San Luis Obisbo County Sheriff Deputy Nick Fontechio. We're researching as to whether there is a blood or marriage relation there, but tips have been pointing to a history between the two, framing an obvious conflict of interest any judge could see. The usage of CIs in drug cases always ends up muddying the case for both sides, let's hope this snitch doesn't put someone clearly trying to help people with medicine in jail.

ReplyDeleteI knew Daniel Lee in High School. I would never have believed he would have ended up a snitch. I have been looking for him for years, and I can't believe this is where I found him. I am heart broken that this is what he has become. Some of the Best times of my young life were spent with him. He was my friend...I loved him. Snitch or not, I hope he is OK. -baldybrat
