We've been covering the Hal Turner story
since July, and suffice to say... We hate that motherfucker.
Wired Magazine reports that the case against him for threatening judges over a handgun ban ended in a mistrial; something that raises a lot of questions about his status as an FBI informant and whether or not that curried enough favor to keep him out of jail for a serious crime most other people would've done a lot of time for. He will be retried March 1st and is also facing charges in Connecticut for inciting fascist readers to take up arms against State lawmakers.
